User Research
Our team conducted user research across the 4 Singapore government ministries, including workshops, focus groups, ethnographic observations and user interviews, with more than 100 users across 40 Operation units.
Design Opportunities
Through extensive user research with hundreds of users across government ministries, four common themes emerged. In response, the system was designed to:

Design Solutions
1. Dynamic Dashboard
Users have the ability to compose their personalised dashboard with pertinent information from a data catalogue, using visualisations that are easy to understand.
2. Smart Timeline
Users have the ability to monitor the progress of key activities and translate plans into actionable tasks, all in one collaborative space.
3. Real-time Reports
Operation managers have the ability to obtain contextualised updates from ground responders in real-time as incidents and/or emergencies unfold.
4. Interoperable Apps
Decision makers are able to decide quicker and better with a growing range of specialised smart apps, built for diverse operational demands.

Available Anytime, Anywhere, for Anyone and Anything (4 ANYs), the system leverages cloud technology and a mobile-first approach to transform the way government agencies and organisations come together to orchestrate and conduct real-time operations during emergencies.
